Introduction
RitualFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
Information we collect
We may collect the following types of information: • Account information: if you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple, we receive your name and email address from those providers. • Usage data: ritual completion records, streak data, and session durations stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our cloud. • Ritual content: rituals you create, including titles, phase durations, and notes. • Device information: device type, operating system version, and app version for debugging purposes. • Feedback: if you submit feedback through the app, we collect the message and optionally your user ID.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: • Provide and maintain the RitualFlow service • Sync your rituals and completions across devices (when cloud sync is enabled) • Calculate and display your streak and statistics • Send you notifications about your rituals and streak (only if you enable notifications) • Improve our app based on aggregated usage patterns • Respond to your feedback and support requests
Data storage
Your ritual data is stored primarily on your device in a local SQLite database. If you enable cloud sync, your data is also stored securely on Supabase (our cloud provider) servers in the US. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account, which will permanently remove all associated cloud data.
Third-party services
RitualFlow uses the following third-party services: • Supabase: cloud database and authentication. Their privacy policy is available at https://supabase.com/privacy • Google Sign-In: for optional account creation. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy • Apple Sign-In: for optional account creation on iOS/macOS. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights: • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you • Deletion: request deletion of your personal data • Portability: export your completion data as a CSV report via Stats > Export • Opt-out: disable cloud sync at any time in Settings > Sync To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Children's privacy
RitualFlow is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (TLS) for data in transit and encrypted storage on Supabase servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
