The short version
-----------------
Top Focus collects no data. None. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, no analytics, no trackers, no advertising, and no servers of ours that your data could reach. We cannot see your goals, your lists, or anything else you put in the app.

What stays on your device
-------------------------
Your daily goals, brain-dump items, timer history, and settings are stored locally on your Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.

iCloud sync
-----------
If you use more than one device, Top Focus syncs your data between them using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, tied to your personal Apple Account. That data travels between your devices and your iCloud account only — it is encrypted in transit by Apple and is never visible to us. Apple's handling of iCloud data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Purchases
---------
Top Focus Plus purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no personal information about you from a purchase.

Third parties
-------------
Top Focus embeds no third-party SDKs: no analytics, no crash reporters, no ad networks. The only party involved in running the app is Apple, as the platform and payment provider.

Changes to this policy
----------------------
If the app's data practices ever change, this policy will be updated before the change ships, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect it.
