ProLearnX ("we," "our," or "us") is a web platform operated by Ruazon Technologies LLP. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use prolearnx.com. Note: this policy is pending final legal review.
Information we collect
Account information (email address and display name) when you sign up. Usage data such as which roles and questions you have viewed, your flashcard review history, and mock interview session metadata. Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store card numbers.
How we use your information
To operate the platform: authenticate you, save your progress, and surface your next review via spaced-repetition (SM-2). To run AI features: your typed answers and voice transcripts are sent to an AI model for grading. We do not use your answers to train models. To communicate: transactional emails (receipts, password resets) and, if you opt in, product updates.
Voice mock interviews
Audio captured during a mock interview session is transcribed in real time and then discarded. Only the text transcript and the AI grading result are stored. You can delete session records from your account settings at any time.
Live duels
Your display name and Elo rating are visible to other users during and after a duel session. No other personal information is shared.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payments, an AI provider for answer grading and voice transcription, and standard hosting infrastructure. Each provider processes only the data necessary for their service. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Data retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Session transcripts and flashcard history are deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice before they take effect.
